    历经多年实践与探索，职业学校校企合作模式越来越多元化、科学化、新潮化，但同时也存在产教融合等短板问题。目前，构建教育与产业协同发展的人才培养模式，早已成为职业学校的重要办学目标。鉴于此，本文立足产教融合背景，分析校企合作必要性，进一步分析校企合作助力职业教育提高办学质量的策略，希望能为职业院校发展带来一定参考。
