    写意花鸟画的创作，是在临摹、写生基础上的，通过临摹来掌握并灵活运用写意花鸟画的用笔、用墨、用色的技巧。通过写生来掌握自然规律、搜集素材。基于此，本文通过探讨写意花鸟画的创作过程、创作方法，深入研究新时代背景下写意花鸟画的延伸创作。
