    Abstract：

    本文对大学生志愿服务体系化和常态化的价值进行阐述，就缺乏要素保障、针对性不高、激励机制不足、积极性与专业性不足、资金来源单一几个方面对大学生志愿服务体系化与常态化的问题进行分析，提出健全志愿服务制度、与专业特色结合、打造平台、优化激励考核制度、提升队伍素质以及完善与资金投入进行大学生志愿服务体系化和常态化的策略，旨在促进大学生志愿服务的质量。
