    Abstract：

    目前，随着工程项目管理科学化的不断推进，工程概算的重要性愈加凸显，成为项目管理的重要依据。而作为一项专业性、技术性和系统性的工作，工程概算编制工作具有严谨的操作流程，需要以工程建设的设计图纸。可行性研究报告等文件为依据，以工程建设所需人力价格、物力价格以及工程费用定额等参考数据为基础，运用科学计算方法，以可行性研究报告中的估算范围为标准，得出工程整体建设过程中所需要的费用。
