    Abstract：

    探索高校“大思政”背景下的“三全育人”模式构建研究的前提是了解“大思政”时代背景及内涵、“三全育人”的提出和内涵。在深刻理解相关概念的基础上，高校“大思政”背景下的“三全育人”模式构建应将“大思政”育人理念融入学校顶层设计，奠定育人思想基础；以实践育人为特色，以课程育人、心理育人、文化育人为抓手，打牢育人生态基础；建立健全管理保障机制，夯实育人软硬件基础，全方位确保“三全育人”工作的实施和开展。
