我国城市经济快速发展，市政工程施工建设质量要求不断提高，使得市政工程施工监理工作面临着重大的挑战。不断提高市政工程施工监理的质量，管理效果，确保市政工程施工符合要求，完善市政工程施工监理工作。施工监理工作开展要积极协调成本管理、进度管理、质量管理等多个方面，保证施工工序有效发展，全面提高工程项目施工监理质量。
