    随着各个城市地区的现代化进程推进，城市化大浪潮中建筑工程项目如雨后春笋般的涌现，建筑行业出现了一个快速发展阶段。从各个建筑主体的角度来看，建设单位是各个建筑主体连接的桥梁，能够在工程施工管理过程中促进各参建单位的交流与沟通，是建筑工程项目最终质量与品质的主要保证之一。但是随之而来的建筑安全质量问题也成为如今需要正视的关键点。
