Abstract：
目的：分析伤口造口护理中延续性护理的应用效果。方法：限定本院伤口造口护理患者（2021年8月到2022年3月，共计84例），分为对照组与干预组，分析延续性护理措施的应用价值。结果：干预组并发症发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05）；干预组护理质量评分较之对照组高（P＜0.05）。结论：伤口造口护理阶段开展延续性护理措施能够更好地促进患者生活质量的改善，优化预后康复效率，应用价值显著。
