Abstract：
“沟通”就是使有用的信息进行双向的传递，拉近彼此之间的距离。小学生由于年龄小，所以心智发育尚不成熟，对语言的理解和表达方面存在偏差、自我行为的约束能力不足。将沟通技巧在小学班主任的管理中应用，可以将教师的真实想法向学生进行传递，也可以使教师对学生的真实情感有效掌握，使班主任的工作开展更加顺利，提高班主任的管理效果。
