    随着社会的发展和发展，人们的生活压力越来越大，对身体质量的要求也越来越高。但是，高校对体育教育重视不够，大学生没有树立终身体育的观念，不积极参加体育活动，体质越来越差。因此，有必要完善大学生体育教育体系，提高大学生体育教育质量，这是我国深化教育改革亟待解决的重要问题。
