Abstract：
学校是培养人才的摇篮，而构建实训基地有利于提升学生职业核心素养。但仅靠学校力量，无法快速提升实训基地建设的科学性和合理性，鼓励企业参与实训基地建设，实现校企深入合作，能满足实训教学需求，推动学校与企业协同发展。从实训基地功能入手，了解校企合作共建实训基地时的建设原则，为实训基地建设提供系列性参考意见，能构建科学化实训基地，更能化解实训基地建设过程中存在的问题，为学校和企业发展贡献力量。
