    Abstract：

    在我国现代化发展进程中，中小水库的作用较为突出，不仅可以为当地农业经济提供重要的支持，还有助于保障我国民生工程的顺利发展，但是在一些中小水库运行过程中所产生的矛盾问题较为突出，影响中小水库的正常运行。因此在实际工作中需要加强对中小型水库除险加固建设与管理的重视程度，选择正确的技术方案，为中小水库的平稳运行提供重要的保障。
