Abstract：
近些年来，我国社会文明建设不断的发展，人民群众对于自身文化素养越发重视，希望通过有效的途径提高自身的文化素养。书籍是人类进步的阶梯，也是个人发展汲取营养的重要依赖，而坐落于城市和乡村的图书馆则成为了满足人民日益丰富的精神和文化需求的重要场所，在社会主义文明建设过程中，图书馆也将发挥巨大的作用。因此，做好图书馆的图书资料管理也就变得特别重要。本文立足新媒体时代，对图书馆图书资料管理进行了深入探究。
