工程结算直接关系到建设单位和施工单位的切身利益，是增加施工单位加速资金周转重要环节，是企业获得经济效益指标的重要途径。本文通过切身的一些案例提出对工程结算工作有影响的因素，并对其进行分析。提出一些在实际工程中相应的注意事项，和几项做好工程结算的应对措施。
