    Abstract：

    为了全面提升建筑施工企业施工结算的水平，本文站在建筑施工企业的角度，主要对建设工程项目施工结算存在的问题与对策进行了研究分析。文中简要论述了建设工程项目施工结算的含义和做好建设工程项目施工结算的重要性，然后分析了目前我国建筑施工企业在施工结算中存在的主要问题，并结合实际结算案例提出了相应的对策，希望可以为相关人员带来启发。
