Abstract：
党的十九大报告作出乡村振兴“三步走”的战略部署，明确提出以城乡融合发展推进农业农村现代化。小城镇作为“上联城市、下接农村”的关键节点，既为乡村地域系统提供公共服务，又对乡村产业发展起着辐射带动作用，积极推进小城镇建设对实现乡村振兴具有重要意义。基于此，本篇文章对乡村振兴背景下的小城镇规划与建设进行研究，以供参考。
