Abstract：
根据多年的教学经历发现，学生书面表达能力不高究其原因就是学生对材料的把控力不足，不知道从何下手。还有就是有些学生的知识储备不够，很多方面的模板不清楚，最终就导致了学生厌恶写作。针对这样的问题，教师应该在日常的教学中转换教学的方法，不要片面的追求整篇文章布局清晰、辞藻华丽，先从一个方向切入，潜移默化的培养学生的发散性思维，真实的让学生感受到“麻雀虽小，却五脏俱全的真理”，引导学生明白学好小练笔的重要性。
