    Abstract：

    伴随着我国居民对食品接纳程度的逐渐增长以及消费者意愿的转变，食品消费也将进一步呈现多元化的趋势。因而可以将DIY与烘焙食品结合，针对青年群体，推出更具个性化、体验度更高、服务更好的经营方式。以广西南宁市随机选择的两家DIY烘焙店为调查对象，通过线上搜集资料、问卷调查和实地考察的形式，探究DIY烘焙的创新点、可行性分析、盈利模式等。
