Abstract：
随着经济的不断发展，国家越来越重视学生的教育工作，希望通过教育工作，让学生能够享受良好的学习环境，安心学习，为国家培养优秀的人才。初中阶段是学生学习的重要阶段，而初中语文是各个科目的基础学科，所以更需要教师重视学生的学习，让学生能够在初中阶段养成良好的语文学习习惯。为了提高初中学生的文学素养和阅读能力，教师有必要落实名著阅读教学，探索教学方法，引导学生养成文学阅读的习惯。通过制订阅读计划，规划阅读课程，落实名著阅读教学，引导学生走进文学名著的世界。
