    Abstract：

    在现阶段教育事业的发展过程中，为了满足社会发展的需要，《酒店餐饮服务与管理》就成为教育活动的一环。酒店管理专业是应用性极强的专业，在人才培养目标上侧重培养适应现代酒店业和地方经济发展需要，具有现代职业素养和国际视野的创新型酒店管理技术高素质应用型人才。这就在很大程度上增强了人员教育的难度，需要通过构建KSAO模型来满足教育事业的发展需要。本文就从《酒店餐饮服务与管理》课程入手，在KSAO模型基础上对《酒店餐饮服务与管理》课程模式进行探究。
