    Abstract：

    教师只有在充分学习小学语文新课程标准和双减政策后，才能在分析学生学情的基础上，对教材内容进行深入挖掘，充分的发挥课堂教学主阵地的作用，迎合双减，切实的提高课堂的教学效率和教学水平。因此教师应该对小学语文教学方式和教学方法进行重新构建，以多元化的教学方式和教学方法，切实落实双减的提质增效观念，促进学生核心素养的不断提升。
