    Abstract：

    公路施工的质量最终决定了公路的使用寿命，某种意义上也决定了公路的使用安全性，然而，现行公路建设施工及养护工作中依然不乏各种问题，丞须我们提出科学合理的解决措施。分析了公路施工与养护管理过程中存在的几个问题，又探讨了公路与养护管理的几点措施和建议，结合实践提出几点思考，以供参考。
