    Abstract：

    教师只是学生成长路上的引路人，而教育目标为：使其成长为德智体美劳全方面发展的人才。由于语文自主学习力的培养可达到这一目的，而课后延时服务在培养学生的自主学习力方面有着积极效用，所以在教学活动中教师需要将课后延时服务的开展重视起来。但是，在调查中发现部分教师未将课后延时服务的效用最大限度发挥出来，导致学生的语文自主学习力培养与理想存在一定差异。所以本文从复习旧知、拓展新知、梳理知识三个方面入手，阐述了如何借助课后延时服务培养学生语文自主学习力。
