Abstract：
创造性叛逆是指原语文本在译入语境下的流传过程中发生的与作者原始本意相背离的理解与阐释。作为译介学中的一个核心概念，创造性叛逆在跨文化交际中有着重要的意义。刘小刚在他的《翻译中的创造性叛逆与跨文化交际》一书中采用历史描述与理论阐发相结合的方法，对创造性叛逆的概念内涵、译语语境中的文化意义等问题进行了深入的分析与探究，并对当代中国文学与文化如何走出去这个问题进行了思考，具有现实启发意义。
