Abstract：
国有企业办公室在企业经营管理中扮演着重要的角色，伴随着社会的快速发展与进步，国有企业的管理理念也在不断地进行更新以适应社会快速发展，在管理过程中很多企业都应该有着全新管理理念。本文立足国企转型期办公室工作人员基本要求，顺应时代变化和转型需求提出企业办公人员需要的基本素养提升等要求。
