    Abstract：

    减负政策随着中国教育环境的不断改变逐渐深入到学习期间的各个阶段。初中英语面对减负政策最需要调整的就是作业设计。教师应该积极地结合学生状况，从学生的需求角度不断地突破，实现初中英语作业设计飞速的发展。本文打算结合教师的具体经验，从学生的需求出发，不断地完善和创新作业设计。
