Abstract：
当前社会的发展需要大量优秀的职业技术人才，作为我国职业技术教育的重要教育阵地，中职院校的技能教育已经取得了较为良好的发展情况。德育工作对中职学生的成长、成人、成才、成功都是非常重要的，在日常情况下，持之以恒地抓好德育各项常规工作，把德育融入学生的学习、生活中，走进学生的心田。经过不断地探索积累，促进德育形成了稳定的格局。基于此，本文主要分析了中职班主任德育工作的思路。
