为强化企业管理，提升内部凝聚力，推进建筑施工企业长久稳定发展，本文基于基层工会工作开展的重要性，以山西省某建筑施工单位为例，剖析其基层工会工作开展现状及所面临的困境，提出几点基层工会工作开展优化路径，期望可以为相关从业人员提供参考借鉴。
