Abstract：
随着我国经济发展及国际地位的提升，在初中阶段的英语课程设置中引入外教课程已经成为许多中学的常态。但在实践中外教教学的效果往往存在较大的差异，许多外教在开展教学工作中没有清晰的课程目标与大纲指引，且与初中英语课程未能真正起到优势互补的作用。基于此，本文从核心素养视角下初中英语课程建设的角度，对相应的问题进行探讨。
