Abstract：
目前军士技师的实际工作能力和部队岗位需求之间存在一定差距，本文从实际情况出发，初步构建了航空机务军士技师胜任特征模型，从胜任特征的角度出发，为军士技师的选拔和培养提供一定的参考。
