Abstract：
在多元文化的背景之下，提升高校大学生的思政教育总体质量与效率已经成为了国家与社会关注的重点。因此，高校负责思政教育的教师势必需要与时俱进，在充分激发多元文化对思政教育发挥积极作用的同时，争取创新多元文化背景之下思政教育新路径，为高校思政教育创新与发展创造良好的条件与机遇。
