Abstract：
疫情防控背景下，高职校园文化与企业文化的对接面临着校企人员来往流动不畅、企业自身发展压力增大无暇无力保障学生实习实践、意识形态管控趋严等诸多现实困难和挑战。高职院校应该充分利用互联网和新媒体，优化学科建设、强化学生职业素养培养，该构建适应后疫情时代下的校企文化对接机制。
