Abstract：
在工程建设推进的过程中，经济预算与成本控制尤为关键，受到行业的广泛关注。预算对于整个工程的效益起着十分重要的作用，但是在当前预算管理开展的过程中仍然存在着一些问题，需要基于预算管理开展合理的措施，确保在工程建设的过程中其成本能够满足实际建设需求，推动企业的长久稳定发展。本文就建筑工程概预算在工程造价控制中存在的问题及对策展开探讨。
