Abstract：
红色文化是中国共产党筚路蓝缕奠基立业百年征程中凝聚起来的精神力量，是我党宝贵的精神财富。将红色文化融入高校思政教育工作中，是激活高校思想政治工作的内生动力，有助于健全系统化的育人长效机制，增强师生对于伟大的民族文化的认同感和归属感，从而激发学生的树立坚定的理想信念和践行爱国情怀。办好新时代思政课，要积极探寻红色文化的价值转化与思政教育体系的契合路径，不断把红色资源利用好，把红色传统发扬好，把红色基因传承好，实现红色文化+思政教育协同发展，为思政教育体系提供强大支撑力。
