Abstract：
高等院校图书馆作为智库的重要组成部分，近年来在政府咨询与决策方面发挥极其有效的作用。在新型智库建设的推动下，高等院校图书馆的工作者开始积极探索高等院校图书馆的转型方向，在智库建设的背景下深入研究其服务的优势、内容、定位等，为高等院校图书馆的转型做好充分的准备。本文主要讨论在智库建设的背景下高等院校图书馆服务转型中遇到的问题，并给出相应的对策与思考。
