Abstract：
伴随社会经济的快速发展以及智能化发展进程的不断加快，人工智能技术逐渐被广泛应用于社会各个领域当中，尤其是在人力资源管理中的应用。因此，这也就在一定程度上对人力资源从业者及其就业质量造成了影响。基于此，本文对人工智能应用对人力资源从业者就业质量的影响进行了研究与分析，以期可以提高人力资源从业者的就业质量的同时，可以促进企业实现可持续健康的发展。
