Abstract：
高职院校中的学前教育专业主要是为了培养学生们的教育能力及技巧，帮助高职学校学生们树立正确的教学观念，更好地为日后的教育工作奠定基础。而儿歌教学属于学前教育专业的必修一课，学生需要在校掌握足够的儿歌演奏技巧和演唱能力，做到不仅能够完美演奏演唱，还能够以幼儿所接受的方式将内容和演唱方式传授给儿童，因此儿歌教学能力的培养是高职院校学前教育专业学生就业的必由之路，本文将从学前教育专业学生目前儿歌课程教学现状入手进行分析，探究在就业导向下的高职学前教育儿歌教学的有效举措。
