    Abstract：

    基于高校志愿者服务日趋成为常态，本研究采用SPSS分析的混合方法（即定量和定性方法）设计，深入探讨保障激励在持续志愿服务中的作用。对128名志愿者的定量分析表明，能力和未来社会需求满意度与志愿服务热情有显著关联，而自主需求满足则没有。随后对7名大学生志愿者的访谈数据进行定性综合，发现在促进持续志愿服务的因素中，能力需求满意度（47.25%）最常被提及，其次是未来社会需要满足度（30.73%）和自主需求满意度（14.68%）。
