Abstract：

混凝土材料是可变性的材料，它在浇筑后的硬度很大，有强大的承载力，在建筑界已被广泛使用。浇筑过程中，因为水泥存在一定的变形特性，如不加以管理，极易产生裂缝病害，必须在施工前、事中、事后采取有针对性的防治措施基于此，以下对房屋建筑工程施工中混凝土裂缝防治技术进行了探讨，以供参考。
