Abstract：
随着改革开放的深入发展，我国社会主义市场经济飞速发展，从而推动了我国建筑行业的蓬勃发展，建筑行业的施工和管理体系日趋完善，其中施工现场管理是建筑行业施工中关键的一环，对建筑工程的建设质量起着至关重要的作用。本文针对施工现场的整体施工管理工作从施工管理的重要性、现存的主要问题以及主要解决对策等方面对整个施工管理过程进行深入分析，为房建工程质量控制施工管理提供借鉴。
