Abstract：
随着经济的发展，建筑行业也在不断的发展当中，与此同时，人们生活水平的提升也促进了人们对于建筑质量要求的提升，这也给飞速发展的建筑行业提出了更高的要求。将BIM技术应用到建筑设计管控模式中，有助于全面提升建筑设计管理的成效，对于保障施工效率和施工质量也有着积极的帮助。基于此，本文围绕着BIM技术在建筑设计管控模式中的应用进行了探析。
