Abstract：
在建筑行业飞速发展的情况下，采用装配式的建筑施工技术可以在建筑工程施工管理项目中，有效降低人工成本，推进施工进度，提高施工质量等等，优势较为明显。笔者针对建筑工程施工管理项目中的装配式的建筑施工技术的应用进行分析，分析了传统应用模式的不足，并且提出了装配式的建筑施工技术在建筑工程施工管理当中的应用策略，目的在于推进我国建筑行业的发展。
