Abstract：
建筑工程施工管理的主要目标是尽可能取得最大的经济效益，然而，目前我国的建筑行业市场竞争压力日趋增大，导致部分从事建筑工程施工的企业面临着非常大的行业竞争压力，有一部分企业为了可以取得较高的经济效益，往往需要在经营发展过程中采用较为精细化的管理模式，尽可能降低工程施工项目的成本，尽量提升工程项目总体经济效益。笔者从我国的建筑工程施工行业的具体情况着手，分析企业在建筑工程项目施工中精细化管理工作方面存在的问题，探讨在建筑工程施工项目管理中如何更好地应用精细化的管理策略。
