Abstract：
城市化和工业发展的过程中，产生了大量的生活垃圾和工业固体废物。现阶段，我国在固体废物管理制度上缺少应有的制度，固体废物的处理水平仍然处于低水平，资源也被严重的浪费，还破坏了人们的生态环境。为应对这种情况，在环境工程建设的实践中，应充分重视固体废物管理治理工作，完善固体废物管理制度，进一步改善生态环境。
