Abstract：
水利水电工程由于自身的特殊性，其施工地点往往处于生态环境薄弱的地区，这就要求水利水电工程施工必须要考虑生态环境因素。而且由于水利水电工程在河流上施工，这使得其对于水文水体、河流生物以及地质结构造成不可逆转的影响，这种情况下必须要科学的设计施工方案、注重水利水电工程施工的环保性，这样才可以使得水利水电工程对于生态环境的影响最小化，进而促进水利水电工程与生态环境的协调发展。
