    Abstract：

    随着现代社会的发展，工匠精神逐渐被社会重视。工匠精神对劳动者提出了更高的素质要求，是劳动者遵循的职业态度和精神理念。传承和发扬工匠精神，是中职教育的发展方向，在中职思政课中培养学生的工匠精神，使劳动者的职业素养得到提高，满足用人单位对思想素质的要求，逐渐受到社会的高度重视。在中职思政课中培养工匠精神，是对思政课教学的有益补充，提高了中职学生的创新意识和劳动意识。本文主要内容为中职思政课培养“工匠精神”的教学策略，提高课堂教学的思想性，提升学生的思想道德素质。
