Abstract：
在我国，众多的大型轧钢产线项目中生产棒材是其中重要的组成部分，轧钢产线同时也作为民生经济而存在着。在日常生活中，轧钢产线又是与工业生产的基本条件息息相关的。整合工业和人民生活来看，也正是因为有了这些便民利民的重点建设才会使国家得到长治久安。应当注意的是，现在的轧钢产线建设需要追求更高的质量和效率，这就引导到了技术上的问题和对策上，本文正是围绕着这里展开。
