知识产权保护对中国金融服务贸易进口的影响研究

Abstract：
“十四五”规划明确指出要健全知识产权保护运用体制，加快构建以国内大循环为主体、国内国际双循环相互促进的新发展格局。文章基于2001年至2019年55个国家或地区的面板数据，采用扩展贸易引力模型实证研究了中国知识产权保护对金融服务贸易进口的影响。结果显示：中国知识产权保护水平的提升有效抑制了国内成员方消费者的模仿行为，并对金融服务贸易进口的增长有显著的促进效应，且知识产权保护市场扩张效应大于市场势力效应。
