    在新时代发展背景下，中学教师应充分发挥出自身教书育人的作用，为学生提供优秀的教学内容，而这也需要学校不断加强教师队伍建设，切实提升中学教师的专业水平和道德水平，从而培养出更多的“四有”教师，并切实提升中学各学科的教育质量。这对中学教师提出了更高的要求，但也会形成激励，促使教师迈向更高的水平。本文对新时代中学教师队伍建设进行了深入研究，并提出一些具体策略。
