    Abstract：

    在初中阶段的道德与法治课程中培养学生的法治意识是新课改的重要要求，教师在培养学生道德法治意识的过程中，往往是依据教材中的内容机械式地讲授，以培养之名行灌输之实，学生缺乏思考，其实并未达到强化法治意识的目的，而是导致学生的“遵从意识”得到增强，遵从即指学生对已有法律、法规的遵守，而法治意识指的是在了解法律、遵守法律的基础上，对已有的法律知识进行思考、应用的意识。在初中道德与法治课程教学工作中，教师需要从多角度、多方位向学生渗透法治意识，探析如何在课堂中培养学生的法治意识及素养。
